Heya — I’m Lucas.
I’m passionate about helping people grow, and I really believe healing happens best in spaces that feel safe, inclusive, affirming, and genuinely human.

I work with kids (8+), teens, and adults, and I also support couples and families. I especially enjoy working with men—including guys who are new to therapy, unsure where to start, or feeling pressure to “hold it together” all the time. I also love working with diverse humans from all walks of life, and I’m an ally to LGBTQIA+ humans.

A lot of the people I work with are navigating anxiety and depression—or feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day life and big transitions. Therapy with me is about slowing things down, making it more manageable, and building tools that actually work in real life (not just in session).

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in client-centered care. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help you understand your patterns, strengthen what’s already working, and shift what’s been keeping you stuck.

Outside the therapy room, I love D&D (I DM), Fortnite, and story-rich games like Ori and the Blind Forest—and I also do voice acting on the side, which pairs perfectly with storytelling. I’m married, have a kiddo, and our home is full of chaos and cuddles thanks to two dogs and two cats.

It’s genuinely meaningful to me to do this work. It’s an honor to walk alongside people as they find themselves and share their story—and I’ll be real: I’ve grown as a person because of it, too.
