Associate Therapist

Part-time [in-person or hybrid] - Employee

Provide individual, couples, and group therapy to diverse clients ages 6–65  

  • Use evidence-based modalities (CBT, EMDR, narrative therapy, etc.)  

  • Maintain inclusive and affirming therapeutic practices & proactively seek supervision through learning process as an associate licensed level therapist 

  • Support clients with with their mental health struggles including trauma, substance use, identity exploration, and more  

  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner and maintain confidentiality per Indiana law  

  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field  

  • Active Indiana associate-level license (LSW, LMHC-A, or equivalent)  

  • Maintain CEUs as required by licensing board & maintain an active license. 

  • Commitment to working with diverse populations in an affirming, supportive and trauma-informed practice  

  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills  

  • Willingness to work with diverse populations and modalities  

  • A willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow into your own vibe as a therapist
