EMPLOYMENT
Associate Therapist
Part-time [in-person or hybrid] - Employee
Provide individual, couples, and group therapy to diverse clients ages 6–65
Use evidence-based modalities (CBT, EMDR, narrative therapy, etc.)
Maintain inclusive and affirming therapeutic practices & proactively seek supervision through learning process as an associate licensed level therapist
Support clients with with their mental health struggles including trauma, substance use, identity exploration, and more
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner and maintain confidentiality per Indiana law
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Active Indiana associate-level license (LSW, LMHC-A, or equivalent)
Maintain CEUs as required by licensing board & maintain an active license.
Commitment to working with diverse populations in an affirming, supportive and trauma-informed practice
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Willingness to work with diverse populations and modalities
A willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow into your own vibe as a therapist
