Hi, I’m Dakota, the Project Manager at Folx and Friends Counseling. I oversee billing, scheduling and all the little details to keep things running smoothly. My goal is to ensure our clients and team have the support they need to thrive.

Before joining Folx and Friends Counseling, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sports Science from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and spent 4 years as a personal trainer, helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. While in school, I also served in the Wisconsin Army national Guard as a Blackhawk Helicopter Mechanic for 6 years serving, an experience that taught me discipline, teamwork, and adaptability.

In my free time, I love attending concerts and live music events, snowboarding, and staying active. I’m passionate about helping people grow, meet their goals and feel supported every step of the way.
