My therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and client validation. Through culturally competent approaches, I aim to provide a safe-space to persons wanting to explore their mental health concerns. By working with clients to build out (and reach!) treatment goals that will enhance their lives, I hope to assist clients in cultivating lasting resilience and hope.
Mi enfoque terapéutico tiene cimientos en el cuidado informado por el trauma y la validación de los clientes. A través de enfoques culturalmente competentes, aspiro a provisionar un espacio seguro para las personas que quieren explorar sus preocupaciones sobre su salud mental. Al trabajar con los clientes a formular - ¡y llegar! - a sus metas de tratamiento para mejorar sus vidas, espero asistir a los clientes en cultivar resiliencia y esperanza.
